On Track Injury Consulting

OnTrack Consulting intends to hold a provider number from NSW Workcover by early 2008 for Return to Work With Different Employer, meaning that we can provide a workcover approved independant resource that can review any work injury case on face value. We can then make recommendations and arrange for the appropriate redeployment of staff.

In other states of Australia we can assist you managing the process carried out by the appointed provider, ensuring you maintain control of the outcome and costs.

Steps undertaken:

Step 1: Assess vocational goals in terms of how realsiitic they are and take into account the Workcover RTW hierarchy. The vocational goal will be developed taking into account:

The workers education and employment history
Their transferrable skills
Their interests
The labour market
Their medical capacity

Step 2: We provide the worker with the tools to help them with the job search process, including:

An up to date resume
Job logs (completed weekly)
Information on where to look for jobs

Step 3: Meet with the worker regularly and provide support which may include training the worker to job search, assisting with interview skills and writing application letters.

A work-trial or Job Cover Placement Program may be required which we can organise and co-ordinate.

We are able to undertake ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations regarding modifications or equipment that would enhance an injured worker's ability to achieve and maintain a safe return to work.

On Track considers the cultural and social aspects of a claim including the ability to speak English.
